How Does HYFC communicate with parents?

We post communications through SPORTSYOU. Before the start of the season each parent will be placed in their child’s team thread on the app. We ask that any specific questions or concerns not be sent via app. Please forward those to your team’s Head Coach.

Also, our website, Facebook & Instagram pages are updated with any essential information as well.

How long is the season?

The regular season is nine weeks long and begins Labor Day weekend.

Each team will have eight games and a Bye week.

The schedule is determined by the Orange County Youth Football League.

All teams participate in a OCYFL scrimmage day, usually held the week before or on Labor Day weekend.

If a team makes the playoffs, the season may be extended 1-3 weeks.
